Research interest
He is mainly engaged in the research of QS effect ofSaccharomyces cerevisiae, the probiotic effect ofSaccharomyces cerevisiaeand craft beer brewing. He completed one National Natural Science Foundation ofChinaas the principal,led two science and technology research and development projects and one research project of the Department of Education in Henan. He completed one teaching reform project of Henan as the principal investigator, led one provincial-level virtual simulation project and one undergraduate first-class course in Henan province. He also was awarded two second prizes for scientific and technological progress by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology (ranked fourth and eighth). He has published over 50 academic papers, including 10 SCI papers, and obtained 5 national invention patents.
